Sections of render had detached from the capital of a column to the side of the church. We provided a quotation for repairs to the mouldings from a ground level viewing and received instructions to carry out the works. Once the scaffolding had been erected, on further inspection larger areas were found to be loose and the existing mix of thin sand cement render and lime render was removed and made safe. The existing details were profiled and reworked over three days to build up to match the existing, and then decorated.
